It seems like we frequently receive support requests because "Help, I can't print to such and such a printer…" 

Here's a very easy way to run the Add Printer Wizard for a remote workstation: 

Enter the following command into the Start > Run menu.  The command, except for the computer name, is case sensitive! 

rundll32 printui.dll, PrintUIEntry /il /c \\ComputerName 

Example: 
rundll32 printui.dll, PrintUIEntry /il /c \\Workstation3 will run the wizard on your workstation but to actually configure
the printer on Workstation3.
