1.  Start RegEdit.

2.  Move to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Exchange

3.  Create the following DWORD value: ContentFilterState

4.  Set the value to one (1).

5.  Restart the SMTP service.

The next time you run Windows Update or Microsoft Update, the IMF will be updated.
